One of the most amazing culinary experiences in my entire life. No review will be able to explain it in words. You have to experience it with your own sensory organs.....all of them

I mean this has been an experience... I'm not gonna lie, it was Strange! Took us 10 minutes to just find the door! But from there on, it was just a weird journey of odd textures, flavours and food in a way I had not seen prepared before. But you know what, I think it was worth it. It was ridiculously expensive but it was a genuine experience for just myself and my fiance. I think what it boils down to if you are gonna like this is whether you enjoy weird and unexpected things on a plate. I guess I like weird. Whether you love the flavours or go what the f... It will just give you an emotional experience and it is in that, that I think it was worth it!

One of the best experiences of food, story telling and service. I have certain allergies and they were able to accommodate to their set menus. The food was really well prepared and thought out, playing to not your taste but also to your sight and senses.

Simply put, an amazing experience. Each dish is more than just the physical ingredients and there is clearly a lot of thought and consideration into the food preparation and presentation. We were the first to eat that night so each dish was a surprise as others looked on with curiosity. Costs more than your normal weeknight dinner but worth saving for it.

A meal at the Fat Duck is not just a dining experience, but a total experience. If you're lucky to have reserved a table, you should prepare yourself for a four-five-hour sensory experience where no details are left to chance. On our visit the menu was built around the concept of memories of childhood. The meal was divided into seven sequences with multiple dishes per sequence. There is a lot of creativity and planning behind each dish and sequence. One of the successes of the Fat Duck is that they use visual presentation and factors like heat, cold and texture up to your expectations of what to eat. It's amazing how to use raw products and techniques to challenge your tastes. For example, we got crab-icecream. The consistency was unfamiliar, but the flavor and experience were amazing. Another dish was based on drinking hot and cold tea at the same time. The staff are professional while at ease. It's perfection on everything, but at the same time I think everyone contributed to a relaxed atmosphere.I would definitely recommend a visit to one of the worlds best restaurants.
