Such a beautiful hotel restaurant. We went for afternoon tea, with a wide selection to choose from (order choice along with reservation).We arrived at 14:00. We were not rushed, they were very attentive and friendly. We left at 17:00 to walk along the river (despite it being freezing cold).Was a wonderful day, an amazing experience and will go again!
Quiet surroundings on the River Thames. Gothic looking exterior but warming interior. Dining in the evening was a pleasure with great tasting food.
A absolutely fabulous place.. lovely pool,steam room,sauna,jacuzzi. Staff very polite and the manor house is so lovely even in the night when lit up. 30acre grounds to walk in. Dog friendly
Lovely beautiful old hotel. Fantastic views and garden overlooking the river Thames. Really great, warm and welcoming staff that made our Christmas Day lunch extra special. Good food and a relaxing setting with drawing rooms and old bar so you can chill and enjoy some quiet time or time with friends and family. Loved it
I love this place. The location is great, the venue is brilliant and the breakfast room is worth the wait! Beds are super comfortable and if you get a river view, then you get a lovely backdrop of the Thames. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful, with all the waiting staff having a great knowledge of the menu. Plenty to do if you're using this as a base - hire bikes, take a walk, play tennis or just enjoy the views from the bar / log fire.
